How to check PF claim status online step by step (With Pictures)

EPF balance is the amount that is there in your EPF Account. EPF balance consists of amount deducted every month from your salary plus the amount that is contributed to your EPF account by your employer. Today we are going to explain about topic of "how to check PF claim status online. EPF or Employee provident fund can now be accessed online in few simple steps. Everyone can check their PF Claim Status by following my steps.  

There are two reasons may have to check your PF Claim Status.
  • You are in need of money  for a personal or any other use
  • Changed your job to another company.
Generally second option may be the reason. Kindly follow my below steps to check your PF claim status. This service is for the people who already submitted their PF Claim application in respective PF Office. Keep ready you PF details to know the status of PF Claim. 

 Step 01: Open EPFO official website by clicking on http://www.epfindia.com/site_en/KYCS.php

 Step 02.  Click on knowing the claim status as showing in below image



Step 03: A new window  will open with a single field where you select state and PF Office like below




Step 04: Now you find the location; to office your application has gone or to which office your PF is crediting to. (Example we ahve given Maharashtra State and Vashi PF Office)



Step 05: Enter PF account number and submit. That's it. Your EPF claim status will shown on screen.

    Hi,

    I have sent you my PF Withdrawal request by FORM-19 along with required/optional documents (KYC) and cancelled cheque by DTDC courier on 23/-4/2016 (POD NO: B32168950) and the same was delivered to your Bandra office on 25/04/2016 as par tracker (enclosed herewith).


    Please confirm me the status of the same and ensure that the withdrawal request will be processed ASAP.

    If possible, then send me a statement (pass book) of my PF A/C also.

    PF amount not settled
    I have submitted all the documents 1 month and 15 days ago but still i have not received the pf amount. i have contacted my previous organization and they are telling we already sent. I called nasik PF office many times but no body lifting the call I need help please

    I already tried to epf status but I am getting below status now.
    Data not available. For detail’s please contact respective EPF Office.

    My name is Rajesh Kumar i submitted my PF docs to my employer Randstad india pvt ltd Chennai office on 12/12/2016. They said they forward my documents to Chennai PF office. But till date i haven't received any sms, call or my PF amount. Kindly check in your system whether you receive my documents or not. i have already updated my UAN details with KYC.     Whenever I am calling to pf office phone number it was not reachable if ring also no one is answering I am from Tamil Nadu my pf account was in Malad br. I am struggling lot to get my settlement of claim more than three months an applying but it's keepon rejecting.please give proper contact number to contact branch
